William SHUARD married Phoebe HODEN at Spetchley Parish Church, Worcestershire, on 17th July,1770.

3. Helene Phoebe SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 20th September, 1778, married John COULL 10th April 1823.
4. Elizabeth Sarah SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 30th November, 1780.
5. Ann SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 13th January 1782.
6. James SHUARD, 1785 - 1847, christened & buried at Spetchley.
Married Hannah GRIFFITHS, 9 children.
7. Elizabeth SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 16th November, 1788.

William SHUARD married Mary BOYCE at St George's Roman Catholic Church, Worcester, on 11th July, 1797.

They had 9 children:
1. Ann SHUARD, christened at St George's on 10th April, 1798
2. Mary SHUARD, christened at Spetchley Roman Catholic Chapel, Worcester, on 24th January, 1800 (died as infant)
3. William SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 27th May, 1802
4. John SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 18th April, 1805
5. George SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 29th April, 1807, died 1832
6. Mary SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 1st July, 1809
7. Elizabeth SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 21st December, 1811, married Thomas Groves in 1837
8. Frederick SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 13 December, 1813.
9. Teresa SHUARD, christened at Spetchley, 16th August, 1816.

Frederick SHUARD married Ann BAGNALL, born 1825 in Croxton, Staffordshire, on 17th February, 1851 at Spetchley Roman Catholic Chapel. They had 7 children:

1. Mary Josephine SHUARD, born 1853, married Victor GERTNER in 1880, died 1917. They had 9 children.
2. Ann Sarah SHUARD, born 1854, married Jervis HALL in 1893, one daughter, Edith, born in 1894.
3. Frederick Peter SHUARD, born 1857, married Amelia GOLDSMITH in 1909, died 1914.
4. Joseph Mark SHUARD, born 1859, married Priscilla EVANS in 1883, died 1928. Joseph & Priscilla had 2 daughters and a son.
5. John William SHUARD, born 1860, died 1864.
6. Agnes Teresa SHUARD, born 1863, married Timothy WOOD in 1888.
7. Frances Catherine SHUARD, born 1864, died 1871.

Frederick SHUARD was a baker & confectioner and his two eldest sons, Frederick Peter and Joseph Mark, followed him in the family business. He died on 25th March, 1883 in Worcester. His wife Ann died 4 years later.

Joseph Mark SHUARD and his wife Priscilla lived at various addresses in Worcester and Evesham, and later had a confectionery shop opposite Temple Meads station in Bristol from around 1910.
